KEEPING OFF THE WEIGHT WITH HYPNOSIS
Our eating habits directly linked to our cultural background, our mood and our lifestyle. Food provides comfort during the time of stress, boredom and depression. At times it seems to be the only way to get an emotional boost, if only for a short period of time, creating never ending circle of eating to feel better.
I myself am not an acceptation and just like so many others had tried a few diets to lose weight. Coming from the culture that loves rich foods I grew up a chubby child. My weight fluctuated up and down during my youth, but it was after giving birth to my second child and then developing hyperthyroidism that I gained substation amount of weight and joined Weight Watchers. I was young then and within relatively short period of time was able to go down to a normal dress size.
As I grew older it became increasingly difficult for me to maintain my weight. I went back to Weight Watchers, only to realize that it no longer worked for me. It was then that I discovered the power of energy work. I realized that with keeping myself grounded and balanced I was capable of maintaining a healthy weight. I channeled my passion for cooking into the positive direction and developed healthy, delicious low fat recipes that are easy to make and which I use for myself and my family and which I’m willing to share with you.
During our sessions I’ll teach you that loosing and maintain weight doesn’t have to be a chore! Once you’re grounded and cleansed of all negative energies eating healthy will become a part of your routine.
After reaching you perfect weight, one of the most vital thins to have in your possession are the skills that will enable you to keep the weight off. I’ll empower you with these skills, as they are your necessary components to a healthy and successful fife style and without which the weight you’ll lose will pile back up within a short period of time.
